Responsibilities
Study design briefs thoroughly and determine specific requirements effectively. Create and design engaging visuals for digital media, UI/UX prototypes, and print media formats. Ensure that all projects completed meet high quality standards and are delivered within specified timelines. Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently to ensure timely completion. Collaborate closely with project managers and content marketers for seamless, efficient, and effective output. Amend designs based on constructive feedback and ensure that final graphics and layouts are not only visually appealing but also aligned with project objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic arts, design, or a related field is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital design and digital marketing is essential. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and be proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite). A good or basic understanding of UI/UX design and print design is also important. A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects is a must. Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail are crucial.
