Responsibilities
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure efficiently. Understanding stakeholder needs and effectively conveying these requirements to developers. Working on innovative ways to automate and enhance development and release processes. Testing and scrutinizing code written by others and analyzing results comprehensively. Ensuring that systems are robustly protected against cybersecurity threats. Identifying technical problems promptly and developing software updates and ‘fixes’. Collaborating closely with software developers and engineers to ensure adherence to established processes and intended functionality. Planning out projects thoroughly and participating actively in project management decisions.
Requirements
Experience in developing engineering applications for a major corporation, showcasing advanced project development and leadership skills. A Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred. Current knowledge of best practices related to system security measures is essential. Demonstrated expertise in advanced business analysis techniques and strategic application. Preferred experience includes software engineering, customer experience, and civil engineering. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of project plans. Extensive professional experience with various operating systems and their implications, combined with strong skills in team building and project organization.
